What is MBS?

The amount of force that can be applied to your recovery equipment before it starts to tear, rip, or break. The MBS value of your recovery equipment should be at least 2-3 times the gross weight of the vehicle being recovered. What is WLL?

The maximum load that can be applied to your equipment. It’s important to note that while our Recovery Ring and Hitch Block WLL figures are generally very high, the ropes and shackles they are designed to be used with have a lower breaking weight. This is done intentionally for the safety of the user.
