Very good stainless metal used
By: Alister on 29 September 2021The metal used in these blades is a hard stainless. Much better than cheap stainless. The knives come sharpened very nicely. I have sharpened and used cut throat razors for 40 years. Very happy with Muela knives

Muela stainless steel and knives
By: Alister on 25 September 2021I have looked at the stainless used in the Muela knives and they hold their edge much better than cheap stainless. The knife arrived sharpened perfectly. I have been sharpening and using cuthroat razors for 40 years. Muela knives are worth the money you pay. I am very impressed by the quality of these knives.
